Overview

Chiragan Home, a luxury homeware brand, partnered with TheGenieLab to deliver a new Shopify store that reflects its premium aesthetic while supporting complex shopping experiences. The engagement covered a bespoke Shopify Theme, a conversion‑focused Shopify build, and feature work including Gift Registry, Shop the Look, Loyalty/Rewards and a deep QA program to ensure flawless performance across devices.

Objectives

  • Launch a new Shopify store with a luxury look and responsive UX.
  • Implement a bespoke Shopify Theme with clear navigation and rich merchandising.
  • Deliver a robust Shopify build including Registry, Wishlist, Loyalty and Shop the Look.
  • Harden performance and accessibility through iterative QA across mobile, tablet and desktop.

What We Built

Theme, Navigation & Content Structure

We created multiple theme iterations, harmonised typography, and aligned colour palettes to the brand. A scalable mega menu and category structures guide discovery across tableware, décor and gifting. We implemented elegant page templates (About, FAQ, Policy pages) and a tidy footer with newsletter capture.

Registry: Weddings, Baby & Special Occasions

Using SWYM Registry, we designed and styled a full registry journey: create/manage registry, gifter view, add‑to‑registry on PDPs, share links and gift cart. We resolved layout clashes (flyout cart, pop‑ups), aligned “Add to Registry” with Wishlist, and ensured accurate price/quantity updates across devices.

Shop the Look

We built a lifestyle‑led merchandising feature so shoppers can purchase complete room sets. QA addressed swatches, price refresh, quantity selectors and add‑to‑cart behaviour to keep the experience fast and intuitive.

Loyalty & Rewards

Bon Loyalty was integrated for points accrual and redemption with a dedicated Rewards page, flyout controls and checkout alignment. We fixed visual collisions (icons vs. menus/carts) and refined copy, spacing and tooltips.
